Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create high-quality visual and written content (reels, graphics, and captions) tailored to clinic services.
- Manage end-to-end social media community engagement, responding to inquiries and building brand trust.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and patient acquisition.
- Collaborate with the medical team to showcase treatment processes and patient testimonials ethically and professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors for local advertising placements and clinic promotional materials.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and aesthetic industry benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail regarding brand guidelines.
