Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Social Media, Web, Email).
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts, including daily posting, community management, and trend monitoring.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for future optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to hit monthly lead or sales targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience or a strong portfolio in managing social media accounts or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, specifically within the Indonesian market.
