UWSUN Eco Resort is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence in the heart of Uluwatu. As the primary driver of our digital growth, you will be responsible for showcasing our breathtaking clifftop resort to a global audience, blending storytelling with performance-based marketing strategies.
You will play a pivotal role in crafting the narrative of our eco-conscious destination, driving direct bookings, and engaging with our community through innovative digital channels. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.
- Manage resort social media accounts, creating engaging visual and written content that highlights our clifftop location.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CTR, conversion rates) to optimize marketing spend.
- Collaborate with the resort operations team to promote seasonal packages, wellness retreats, and F&B offerings.
- Manage relationships with travel influencers and lifestyle bloggers to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain and update the resort website for optimal SEO performance and user experience.
- Coordinate with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) to ensure brand consistency and effective rate management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury travel sector.
- Strong proficiency in social media management tools, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, including photography or video editing skills.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and SEM strategies.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and luxury brand aesthetics.
- Proven ability to drive online direct bookings.
