You will collaborate with our project teams to capture project milestones, engage with our target B2B and B2C audience, and manage our online community. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and engage with our audience.
- Create engaging content, including photography, videos, and copywriting for our projects.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to highlight modular construction project progress and successes.
- Execute basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility.
- Manage online advertising spend and ensure optimal ROI on social media platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
