Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative online marketing campaigns to promote products.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Interact with customers online, responding to inquiries and building positive brand relationships.
- Create engaging visual and written content for various digital platforms.
- Track and report the performance of marketing activities to optimize future efforts.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing activities with sales goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content curation.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in basic photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is highly preferred.
