Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness for medical equipment.
  • Manage and optimize social media profiles, content calendars, and community engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Create engaging, SEO-friendly content including blog posts, product descriptions, and email newsletters to educate our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (ROI, KPIs, CTR) using analytics tools to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align digital efforts with product launches and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and healthcare industry regulations to ensure content compliance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Highly creative with the ability to design basic visual assets (Canva/Adobe Photoshop skills are a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
