Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to improve ROI, CPC, and conversion rates on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging ad copy and visual assets that drive audience engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ad creative to maximize lead generation quality.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities for the company.
- Manage the digital advertising budget effectively to ensure maximum reach within specified costs.
- Provide detailed reporting and insights to management regarding campaign performance and funnel health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience managing paid social and search engine marketing campaigns.
- Strong technical proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search/Display).
- Data-driven mindset with high competency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Indonesian; strong English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and lead qualification.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
