Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Manage end-to-end SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Instagram Ads platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools
- Create data-driven reports on KPIs and ROI for executive leadership
- Collaborate with CEO to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research for strategic insights
- Optimize ad spend and budget allocation for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising (Google/Instagram)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
- Direct reporting experience to executive leadership
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
