Join Green Park Group, a dynamic real estate leader, as our Digital Marketing Specialist. You'll spearhead innovative digital advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok to generate high-quality real estate leads with maximum efficiency. This role combines data-driven optimization with creative execution to elevate our property marketing initiatives in Indonesia's competitive landscape. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with sales objectives while leveraging cutting-edge analytics to maximize ROI and lead conversion rates.
Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) for real estate lead generation
- Manage Google Ads strategies including search, display, and YouTube campaigns
- Develop and execute TikTok advertising initiatives to reach Gen Z property buyers
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure cost efficiency and lead quality
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales team to align marketing efforts with lead qualification criteria
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
- Proven track record in generating qualified leads through digital channels
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience with real estate or property industry marketing is highly desirable
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines
