Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative content for social media platforms to increase brand engagement.
- Manage end-to-end online sales processes, including inquiries, orders, and logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to online and offline customers.
- Maintain the aesthetic standards and organization of the Brojol Art & Collection gallery.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign ROI.
- Support the development and implementation of new marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant degree in Marketing or Communication is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Strong grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and marketplace operations.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a retail/gallery environment.
- Creative mindset with basic photography or design skills (Canva/CapCut proficiency is preferred).
- Residing in or willing to work in the Bekasi area.
