Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand identity and drives audience interaction.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, KPI, CPC, CTR) to optimize future marketing activities.
- Manage paid advertising budgets, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, to ensure cost-effective lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective cross-departmental messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM activities to increase organic website visibility and traffic.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Proficiency in creating engaging content (copywriting, basic design, or video editing skills are a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Creative problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.
