Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and web channels.
  • Create engaging content—including copy, images, and video—that aligns with our premium brand voice.
  • Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize campaign ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all touchpoints.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and implement innovative tactics to stay competitive in the Bali market.
  • Manage the brand's community engagement and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar creative role.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and content marketing principles.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize paid advertising budgets with a focus on conversion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
