Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and bookings.
- Manage end-to-end social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring.
- Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to ensure high ROI.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content for various platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the travel and hospitality industry.
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in travel or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of social media management, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Proficient in using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) and marketing platforms.
- Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
