Are you passionate about food and digital storytelling? Hancook Restaurant is looking for a creative, data-driven, and energetic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Bandung. As we continue to serve authentic flavors, we need someone to amplify our brand presence, engage our local community, and drive traffic through innovative digital campaigns.
In this role, you will be the voice of Hancook Restaurant online. You will manage our social media platforms, coordinate food photography content, and implement strategies that turn followers into loyal diners. We are looking for someone who stays ahead of trends, understands the local culinary landscape, and is eager to help a beloved restaurant thrive in the competitive digital space.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute social media content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to boost brand awareness.
- Create engaging, high-quality visual content including photos and short-form videos for food promotions.
- Manage community interactions by responding to customer reviews, DMs, and comments promptly.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the operations team to plan and promote seasonal menu launches or restaurant events.
- Execute basic digital advertising campaigns to reach local audiences in Bandung.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and restaurant industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably for the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong grasp of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the Bandung market and local culinary social media trends.
- High creativity, a passion for food, and a proactive work attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a creative restaurant team.
