Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute an integrated content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Produce high-quality photos and videos (Reels/TikToks) featuring our latest interior and furniture products.
- Manage end-to-end social media engagement, including responding to inquiries and building community.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual assets align with brand identity and current interior design trends.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Conduct competitor research to identify emerging market trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Support basic digital advertising initiatives to boost brand visibility and reach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in home decor or lifestyle industries.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A creative portfolio showcasing your work in photography, videography, or social media management is highly preferred.
