Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets are met.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure high-quality ad assets that resonate with our target demographics.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain campaign health through proactive tracking setup, pixel management, and data integrity checks.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns with demonstrable results.
  • Deep proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools like Looker Studio.
  • Excellent understanding of the marketing funnel, customer journey, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
