In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating our clinic’s digital presence, driving brand awareness, and connecting with our community through innovative online strategies.
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a close connection with our team. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure we are reaching the right audience. If you are detail-oriented, trend-savvy, and ready to make an impact, we would love to meet you at our clinic for strategic planning sessions!
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative social media content strategies tailored for the beauty and skincare industry.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and engagement rates.
- Collaborate with the clinic team during periodic meetings to align digital activities with business promotions.
- Create engaging copy and visual concepts for promotional materials and clinic announcements.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and beauty industry benchmarks.
- Coordinate with local influencers or partners to expand brand reach within the Tangerang Selatan area.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content planning, and digital advertising tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting with high self-discipline.
- Willingness to attend on-site meetings at our clinic in Tangerang Selatan as required.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetic visual content suitable for a premium skincare brand.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite) is a plus.
