Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for driving measurable results? Aroma Prima Livindo is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Ads) to join our dynamic team in Cipondoh. In this role, you will be the engine behind our brand's growth, responsible for crafting, executing, and optimizing high-impact advertising campaigns across major digital channels.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes performance metrics. You will not only manage our ad spend but also dive deep into analytics to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and ensure our products reach the right audience at the right time. If you have a proven track record in TikTok and Meta Ads and a deep understanding of CPAS, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Execute and optimize CPAS (Collaborative Ads) campaigns to drive sales and track offline/online performance.
  • Monitor daily campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad assets that align with current market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising tools.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or related digital advertising roles.
  • Deep, hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite (Ads Manager).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CPAS and e-commerce marketing integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to identify and leverage consumer insights.
