Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Develop compelling ad copy and creatives tailored to different property segments.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC).
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage the advertising budget efficiently to maximize lead generation.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles is a plus.
