The Role
We are currently seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in amplifying our brand presence across various digital channels, driving targeted traffic, and generating high-quality leads for our luxury property portfolio. You will work closely with the sales, operations, and design teams to execute compelling campaigns that resonate with both domestic and international audiences.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, search engines, and email platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, blogs, and the company website.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to guide future strategies.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns.
- Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Staff, Specialist, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools to track KPIs and campaign success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite in Bali and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
