Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote training programs.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Manage community engagement, responding to inquiries and building relationships with potential students and clients.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and video assets for digital marketing needs.
- Execute basic SEO tasks to improve website traffic and organic search rankings.
- Assist in managing email marketing and lead generation efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in content management systems and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Creative mindset with strong graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) is a strong plus.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
