Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to ensure high ROI.
- Lead the content strategy team to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized marketing materials.
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, SEM strategies, and social media algorithms.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a marketing team.
