Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to execute campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI on all initiatives.
  • Identify new trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Oversee content calendar planning and production to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and various social media management tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into successful strategies.
