- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Oversee content creation, curation, and distribution to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate detailed reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and budget allocation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills to guide junior team members.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, CMS platforms) and SEO software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
