Join JNE Express as a Digital Media Communication Supervisor. We are seeking a visionary leader to design and execute integrated digital campaign strategies across all our corporate digital assets. As the Digital Media Communication Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize our online presence. You will oversee the full lifecycle of digital campaigns, from conceptualization and content creation to execution and performance analysis. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling who can leverage digital tools to elevate JNE Express's brand visibility in the competitive logistics and shipping industry. You will serve as the primary point of contact for digital communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with our broader corporate objectives.

- Develop and oversee comprehensive digital media communication strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and optimize digital assets, including social media platforms, corporate websites, and digital advertising channels.
- Lead the creation of integrated campaigns that engage target audiences and enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and optimize future communication efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital media, communications, or a related supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing successful integrated digital campaigns.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in digital tools such as SEO, SEM, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
