- Plan, execute, and monitor digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Optimize campaign performance through continuous A/B testing and data analysis
- Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content
- Generate detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Stay updated on digital media trends and emerging platforms
- Coordinate with SEO and content teams for integrated marketing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media campaign management
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Knowledge of Indonesian digital consumer behavior and market trends
