Boga Group is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Tangerang. As a leading player in Indonesia's F&B industry, managing renowned brands like Pepper Lunch, Bakerzin, and Kimukatsu, we are looking for someone who can elevate our digital presence and drive significant business growth through strategic paid media execution.

In this role, you will be the architect behind our high-impact digital campaigns across major platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok. You will blend creativity with analytical rigor to ensure our brands stay at the forefront of the consumer's mind. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes digital trends, understands the nuances of performance marketing, and knows how to turn data into actionable insights.

Your primary focus will be to optimize our media spend, improve conversion rates, and deliver a superior Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and perform ongoing optimizations to meet and exceed KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and brand teams to develop compelling ad assets and copy tailored to specific target audiences.
  • Conduct thorough A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to identify the most effective strategies.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets across multiple brands and platforms to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide comprehensive weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to keep Boga Group ahead of the competition.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in performance marketing or digital media planning.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale budgets on Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian consumer landscape, particularly in the F&B or Retail sectors.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Professional certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are highly desirable.
