Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate day-to-day digital operations, ensuring smooth internal workflows and consistent client delivery.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital content calendars across social media, newsletters, and the official website.
- Draft compelling, high-quality copy for marketing campaigns, client communications, and brand announcements.
- Manage and respond to client inquiries across various communication channels, maintaining a premium brand voice.
- Assist in organizing and promoting digital and in-person events, workshops, and healing programs.
- Monitor digital performance metrics (engagement, web traffic, and conversions) to prepare weekly reports.
- Collaborate directly with the leadership team on ad-hoc creative and operational tasks to support business scaling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or administrative operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (Canva, social media schedulers, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms).
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Genuine interest in wellness, mental health, and holistic healing industries is highly preferred.
