Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end digital payment operations for FMCG retail, general trade, and SMEs segments
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize operational processes and workflows
- Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all payment operations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align operational strategies with business growth objectives
- Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven improvements for operational efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Drive process automation initiatives to reduce manual interventions and enhance scalability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in fintech/digital payments operations management
- Proven experience with FMCG retail, general trade, or SME ecosystems
- Expertise in process optimization and SOP development
- Strong analytical skills with experience in operational KPI tracking
- Cross-functional leadership experience in tech-driven environments
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in operational management software and analytics tools
