Tanggung Jawab

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing content with sales objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and ad placements to maximize reach.
- Nurture online leads through targeted email marketing and CRM management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or online sales roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns that drive measurable sales.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
