Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the enterprise digital transformation roadmap in alignment with company-wide business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the discovery, selection, and implementation of innovative system solutions (ERP, CRM, IoT, and Cloud platforms).
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful user adoption across all departments.
- Oversee IT infrastructure health and security protocols to ensure high availability and robust data integrity.
- Foster partnerships with external vendors and technology partners to leverage best-in-class tools and services.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and automation.
- Mentor and develop the technical staff, cultivating a high-performance team culture focused on innovation and problem-solving.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT leadership, with at least 5 years specifically focused on large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record in managing complex ERP implementations and system integration projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Deep expertise in digital strategy, change management, and project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or PRINCE2).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and manage diverse technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering scalable, long-term technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
