Propan Raya Industrial Coating Chemicals is seeking a visionary Head of Digital Transformation & System Solution to lead our technological evolution. In this pivotal senior leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of strategic digitalization initiatives, guiding the organization from discovery phases to successful go-live.
As a key strategic partner to the executive team, you will drive the modernization of our industrial processes, overseeing the architecture and implementation of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, and Manufacturing Execution Systems). You will define the comprehensive IT roadmap, ensure data integrity, and leverage emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and managing complex stakeholder relationships across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of enterprise-wide digitalization initiatives, ensuring strict alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of critical system solutions, including ERP, CRM, and supply chain management software.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for digital projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Drive the adoption of cloud computing and digital tools to optimize production workflows, reduce operational costs, and improve supply chain visibility.
- Ensure data security, system compliance, and high availability of IT infrastructure across all company facilities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering professional growth and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven digital transformation opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT management, Digital Transformation, or System Solution leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale IT projects and implementing complex enterprise systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity protocols, and industrial automation technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the chemical, industrial coating, or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
