Tanggung Jawab
- Promote XLSmart products through direct customer engagement and demonstrations
- Actively identify and approach potential customers in designated locations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Provide accurate product information and address customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to management
- Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Experience in sales, promotion, canvassing, SPG/SPB, or field administration preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with proven ability to meet sales goals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
- Basic computer literacy for reporting tasks
