Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve company growth and profitability targets.
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring high efficiency, safety, and productivity standards.
- Manage and mentor departmental heads to foster a culture of performance, accountability, and professional growth.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, financial forecasting, and operational expenditure analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and international industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes and supply chain management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, investors, and local government authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in a senior management role, preferably within the manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential; proficiency in Korean is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian manufacturing regulations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
