Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Director’s professional calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Director and internal departments, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, clients, and partners to facilitate productive business relations.
- Organize and attend meetings, recording and distributing accurate minutes and follow-up action items.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Proactively manage administrative tasks to optimize the Director's daily workflow and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support or executive assistant role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office productivity tools.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to changing priorities effectively.
