- Lead financial strategy and planning for multiple business divisions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability.
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within the finance department.
- Manage complex financial reporting requirements for executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning.
- Foster a culture of compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial modeling software.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
