Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the finance function and drive strategic financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support organizational goals.
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Drive finance transformation projects to enhance governance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team to build capability and drive engagement.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide actionable insights on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on financial priorities and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CMA).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving finance transformation and elevating governance standards in a large-scale organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business insights.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
