Genesys is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our Finance Shared Services team as a Director. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-day operations of our critical financial functions, specifically Record to Insight (R2I), Global Expense Management, and Project Services (PS) Finance Operations. You will drive process excellence, ensuring data integrity and financial accuracy across the organization while supporting Genesys' rapid growth in the cloud contact center industry.
As a Director, you will oversee a high-performing team, implementing best practices in financial reporting and operational efficiency. You will act as a key partner to regional leadership, providing insights that influence business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of Record to Insight (R2I), ensuring accurate data capture and reporting across the organization.
- Oversee Global Expense Management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and optimizing workflows for cost efficiency.
- Manage Project Services (PS) Finance Operations, including contract management, billing, and financial analysis for client projects.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance service quality, scalability, and team productivity.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and automation projects within the Shared Services function to reduce turnaround times.
- Mentor, coach, and develop finance talent within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including IT, Legal, and Regional Finance, to resolve complex financial issues and support business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Chartered Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven expertise in Record to Insight (R2I) processes and Global Expense Management frameworks.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and financial reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a shared services environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with a focus on process optimization.
