Micron Semiconductors, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Global Facilities & Construction, South Asia to lead our expansion and capital projects across the region. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction and facilities projects, including large-scale EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) initiatives. You will drive operational excellence, ensure safety and quality standards, and manage budgets and timelines to support Micron's growth in South Asia. Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver state-of-the-art semiconductor facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all aspects of global facilities and construction projects in South Asia, from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with Micron's strategic goals.
- Direct EPCM projects, overseeing engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases to achieve cost, schedule, and quality targets.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and schedules, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies across all construction sites and facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution and permitting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in construction methodologies, sustainability practices, and facility operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, engineers, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Collaborate with global facilities leadership to standardize processes, share best practices, and support cross-regional initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a director or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale EPCM projects, preferably in the semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial sector.
- Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management, and building codes in South Asia, especially Singapore and surrounding regions.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex financial reporting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in construction and facilities operations.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South Asia as required.
