Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Transformation: Drive the strategic planning and execution of enterprise health financing transformation initiatives to modernize our financial operations.
- Payment Models: Design, implement, and optimize innovative payment models and funding structures to align with national healthcare goals.
- IT Integration: Oversee the integration of financial systems with IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams to align complex financial goals with broader operational objectives.
- Financial Analysis: Provide expert financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support high-level decision-making by executive leadership.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards, corporate governance policies, and financial reporting requirements.
- Talent Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals within the Group.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Certifications: CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in finance, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in healthcare financing, hospital management, or value-based care payment models.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in IT system implementation, ERP systems, and digital transformation projects.
- Strategic Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to influence stakeholders across diverse departments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present complex financial data to non-financial audiences.
