- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the university's mission and objectives
- Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR advice and support on organizational development and talent management
- Lead the design and execution of talent acquisition, development, and retention programs
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market standards
- Lead organizational development initiatives including change management, leadership development, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting best practices in HR
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies in a complex organization
- Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management
- Experience working in higher education or a large, complex organization is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives
