Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the TCM clinic to ensure seamless patient flow and high service standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for digital patient acquisition and retention to drive clinic growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals and support staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, TCM best practices, and safety protocols.
- Optimize clinic resources, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency to reduce costs.
- Enhance the overall patient experience (CX) from initial booking to post-care follow-ups.
- Analyze operational metrics and financial reports to drive data-informed decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (minimum 5-8 years experience).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare, medical, or wellness sector.
- Strong understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles and clinic management workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient-centric care.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM software, and healthcare management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
