KORRUN GROUP is seeking a highly skilled Director of Government Affairs to join our dynamic team in Semarang Tengah, Jawa Tengah. This critical leadership position requires an Indonesian Chinese professional with exceptional trilingual capabilities in Indonesian, Mandarin, and English to effectively manage our government relations and policy affairs.
As the Director of Government Affairs, you will be the primary liaison between our organization and local government entities, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders. Your expertise in navigating the Indonesian political landscape, combined with your cultural fluency, will be instrumental in shaping our government relations strategy and ensuring our voice is heard in policy discussions.
This role offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 26,000,000 to Rp 29,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and impact. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive government relations strategies to align with organizational objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders at local and national levels
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments that may impact the organization's operations
- Represent the organization in meetings, hearings, and policy discussions with government entities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment of government affairs activities with business goals
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on government policies and their potential impact
- Manage crisis communications and responses related to government relations issues
- Conduct research and analysis on political trends and their implications for the organization
Kualifikasi
- Indonesian Chinese national with fluency in Indonesian, Mandarin, and English languages
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or related field
- Proven track record of successful government relations and policy advocacy
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian political system and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze complex political landscapes
- Strong network of contacts within government institutions and regulatory bodies
