- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational goals
- Lead organizational development initiatives to support business growth and enhance employee engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive company culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent
- Oversee international expansion efforts, including developing cross-cultural HR practices and policies
- Manage talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership and drive HR transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all operating regions
- Lead HR team development and establish metrics to measure HR effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Professional HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in international HR management and cross-cultural initiatives
- Exceptional strategic thinking, organizational development, and talent management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing HR teams and functions
- Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regulations with international HR compliance expertise
- Experience working in diversified business groups or multinational corporations
