Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of nursing departments and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff through hiring, training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery and service excellence
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and inventory control efficiently
- Stay current with healthcare trends and implement evidence-based practices
- Represent nursing leadership in organizational strategic planning and decision-making

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree or advanced certification preferred
- Valid nursing license with minimum 8 years clinical experience and 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in healthcare administration, staff development, and regulatory compliance
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource optimization
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
