- Oversee end-to-end operations including e-commerce platforms, marketing campaigns, supply chain logistics, HR processes, and compliance frameworks
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth
- Lead cross-functional teams through mentorship, performance management, and talent development initiatives
- Implement process improvements and technological solutions to streamline workflows and scalability
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and risk management protocols

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership with 3+ years in director-level role
- Proven expertise in managing multi-disciplinary operations (e-commerce, supply chain, HR, compliance)
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in operational metrics and performance dashboards
- Strong strategic planning abilities with track record of implementing process improvements
- Exceptional leadership capabilities in team development and change management
- Deep understanding of Philippine regulatory frameworks and industry compliance standards
- Experience scaling operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments
