Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in support services or operations management, with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in process optimization, strategic planning, and operational excellence methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost reduction
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
