Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end wholesale/DIY operations including inventory management, sales forecasting, and outlet performance
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Lead and develop wholesale teams through coaching, training, and performance management
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and marketing teams for integrated execution
- Implement customer retention programs and enhance service quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years in retail/wholesale management with 3+ years in directorial role
- Proven track record in sales performance optimization and team leadership
- Expertise in inventory management, supply chain operations, and retail analytics
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and P&L management experience
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office suite
- Knowledge of Singapore's retail market dynamics and consumer behavior
