Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive long-term strategic plans that align with A*STARâs mission and organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to identify high-potential growth areas.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, industry partners, and academic institutions.
- Oversee the budgeting process and resource allocation for strategic projects to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Present complex strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and executive boards.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor the success of strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or policy development within a research, government, or multinational organization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic roadmaps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of the research and development landscape in Singapore and globally.
