As a French Bilingual specialist, you will manage a caseload of short and long-term disability claims, evaluating medical documentation, policy compliance, and eligibility criteria. Tanggung Jawab
- Adjudicate short-term and long-term disability claims to determine benefit eligibility.
- Review and analyze complex medical documentation and reports to support claim decisions.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with claimants and healthcare providers in both French and English.
- Ensure all claim processing adheres to strict policy guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Document all case activities accurately within the company database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including medical advisors and legal experts, to resolve complex cases.
- Monitor claim status, perform follow-ups, and manage timelines for ongoing disability assessments.
- Provide exceptional support to claimants, ensuring they are informed about their claim status and next steps.
Kualifikasi
- Must be fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in disability claims, insurance adjudication, or medical underwriting is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule in Bonifacio Global City.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict quality and production targets.
